At first I was nervous walking in by myself and seeing all these trained gymnastic teens doing their stuff but after a little talk to the old man behind the desk comfortability set in,and now all I can say about gym training sessions is THEY ARE TOTALY NECESSARY AND THE SAFEST PLACE TO PRACTICE ANYTHING,NOT TO MENTION KICKASS AND ARE FUN AS ANYTHING!!!!
I spent a good hour and 15 minutes just rolling.I shit you not.A woman showed and explained to me how to do a forward roll, which as we all know is NOT what you want to be doing in Parkour because it was right along the spine, but because I was on padded mats I did quite a few to get used to the feeling and momentum of rolling. Then when I felt no attention was on me I started practicing the Parkour roll. Not as easy as it looks and is gona take me a while to progress to concrete.Have come to the conclusion that no matter what it is gonna hurt and you're gonna have more impact with the floor than you expect.
Stuzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18400388836569733693noreply@blogger.com
